My name is Ryan Hall and I am running for the Ward 3 City Council seat in Winchester. Since moving to Winchester in 2012, I have consistently worked with the community to help build a better place to live, work, and grow for everyone. From my time as President of the Old Town Winchester Business Association to volunteering at every Sensory Friendly Night to working for affordable housing solutions at Blue
Ridge Habitat for Humanity, I know what it takes to get things done.
Elected positions require that we work with every person, regardless of party, who come to the table in good faith. I firmly believe we must all go forward together. With proactive leadership on City Council that reinvests in our own citizens, Winchester will not only "bounce back" from COVID-19, but bounce forward.
